Join us, Friday, April 5th, for an evening of Maaa-maste Goat Yoga, followed by wine and cheese under the oaks. What can we say? You will wind down from your busy week with one hour of some light yoga in a beautiful grassy field with baby goats. Stress levels will drop and smiles emerge as the goats join in on the fun. There will be time to cuddle the babies after the yoga is finished. Then, you will mosey on over to the oaks for a few glasses of wine, courtesy of Sandy Irving at Wine Shop at Home. Nibble on some cheese and crackers and mingle with the other guests as you relax and watch the tide come in and the marsh begin to glow as the sun sets. This is lowcountry living at its best!
If you've never done yoga before, don't worry about that! Many of our participants are newbies. The instructor, Angela Dyer, of Empower Yoga, will guide you with options for easier poses and more challenging for experienced yogis. Bring a mat or a towel and dress for the weather as you will be outside. This event is strictly for those 21 and older.
If we are rained out, you will be notified of the rain date. There will be no refunds as a rain date will be set.
